Brashleigh Photography provides professional photography services including weddings, portraits, events, and editorial work. Details of services and pricing are provided in separate agreements or contracts.

2. Booking and Payment
A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your booking. Final payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your agreement.

3. Delivery of Images
We strive to deliver images within the agreed timeframe. Delivery formats and methods will be specified in your contract.

4. Usage Rights
Clients receive a license for personal use of images. Commercial use or resale requires additional permission and licensing fees. Brashleigh Photography retains copyright of all images.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to cooperate with the photographer during sessions and provide accurate information regarding the event or project.

6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies and refund terms will be detailed in your contract. Deposits are generally non-refundable.

7. Liability
Brashleigh Photography is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances affecting the event or image quality, including but not limited to weather, equipment failure, or client’s failure to cooperate.

8. Model Release
By participating in photo sessions, clients grant Brashleigh Photography the right to use images for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its proper functioning.

10. Changes to Terms
Brashleigh Photography reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
